What would be some good conditioning drills for Ultimate Frisbee?

In short, I have tryouts for a team in a week. What are some exercises I could do, besides 4-5 mile jogs, to raise my chances of making the team? I mainly looking for ultimate related conditioning drills.

One of the major things in Ultimate is making solid cuts. I would suggest doing ladder drills and suicides focusing on an explosive first step or cut step. Not only will this improve footwork but will also increase stamina.

When i was playing club last year i would go down and back through a ladder with different footwork patterns (two feet in each box, hoping on one foot then the other, typewriter, high knees, etc.) and finish with a sprint of about 40-50 yards simulating a run down field.
